Service

This site operates a paid API gateway for AI-assisted game asset generation tools. Access to paid tools requires a valid quote and an on-chain USDC payment exactly matching the quoted amount (the x402 v2 protocol). Free surfaces (this page, status, health) are open; API access is governed by the current deployment stage.

Payment

All payments are USDC transfers authorized by your wallet via EIP-3009 transferWithAuthorization through the x402 facilitator. The exact quoted amount is charged; a settled payment binds an order that is fulfilled by the gateway. Testnet orders are for evaluation only and settle in testnet USDC with no monetary value.

Orders and fulfillment

A paid order entitles you to the tool output described by the quote. Fulfillment is asynchronous; the order endpoint reports status until completion or failure. If fulfillment fails with no artifact delivered, you may request a refund through the operator (see the refund policy).

No warranties

Generated assets are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, licensing suitability, or third-party clearance. You are responsible for reviewing the terms that govern the output you purchase and for lawful use of the output.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost revenue from failed or delayed fulfillment. Total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order at issue.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves; material changes are announced on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
