Acceptable use

What is allowed

Using the paid tools to create original game assets for your own projects or commercial games, subject to the terms of the service whose model generates the output.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to: generate illegal content, CSAM, or content that violates the rights of others; impersonate or defraud; launder money or circumvent payment controls; probe, scan, or attack the gateway, its services, or other users; resell or sublicense raw API access; or use automated means to obtain tool outputs without paying the quoted amount.

Fair use

Aggressive or abusive request patterns (flooding, excessive retries, quote spam) may be rate-limited or blocked at the edge and inside the gateway without refund.

Generation terms

Each generation service retains its own acceptable-use and output-licensing terms. By purchasing a tool you agree to comply with the terms applicable to that output; the operator is not liable for your breach of them.

Enforcement

Violations may result in blocked access, cancelled orders, or referral to relevant authorities where legally required.
